Acts of CommUNITY
Christians need to do more than just say we believe that God wants His Children to go into all the world. We feel called to put that faith into action in our own community. Every summer we take a break from our care groups and participate in acts of service and community building. We go together into our community and take water to families at the park, or host a cookout for the apartments around our building, or pick up trash, or take meals to our police officers and firefighters. We also spend some time working on our own sense of community through game nights, ice cream socials, and worship at a local park.
